We spent the night from June 11 to June 12, 2026, literally and figuratively, in the "Clouds". Literally, because that's the name of the hotel, but figuratively, because it's a heavenly place, incredibly comfortable and blissful. We were passing through Biysk on our way to Gorny Altai and staying here was the best decision. The receptionists are polite, friendly, quick to check in and resolve any issues. They, like the guardian fairies of this place, carefully create a calm, friendly atmosphere, taking into account all the wishes of the guests. It is felt that all the staff loves this place, values the reputation of the institution and does everything possible to make everyone feel at home here. We were sheltered by room 202. We were pleasantly surprised by the radiant cleanliness and filling, everything is thought out to the smallest detail. Snow-white linen, towels and bathrobes, which are embroidered with the brand of the hotel, which indicates a high level. Air conditioning, TV, furniture for comfort and coziness. There is a kitchenette with a sink, stove, microwave, kettle and a full set of dishes. The bathroom has been disinfected and there is a washing machine in which we refreshed our belongings. The hotel is located in a quiet area, which allowed you to get enough sleep and relax after a long journey.
Breakfast is included in the room rate and is a separate topic for praise. A buffet with an abundance of dishes and drinks for every taste. I bow to the chefs for their hard work and skill!
It is very valuable for us that our beloved border collie named Joy was also accepted here. Not all establishments are ready to receive furry guests, but in the Clouds they treat such guests with understanding and warmth.
